Agreement & Studio Policies


This Studio Policies/Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between FemmLab (the "Studio") and the undersigned participant (the "Participant").

By purchasing the Heels Course or Intensive ("Package"), the Participant has read and understood the contents of the FemmLab Studio Policies/Agreement ("Agreement") and agrees to the following listed terms:


Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment and Payment
1.1 Registration: Participants must complete registration and agree to this Agreement before attending any classes.
1.2 Payment Options:
  • Full Payment: Pay the total program fee ($330) upfront via Stripe Checkout.
  • Installment Option: Klarna 4 no-fee payments available; the first installment must be paid to secure the spot.
  • 1.3 Finality of Payments: All sales are final. No refunds are provided once registration is complete.
  • 1.4 Transfers: Participants may transfer their spot to another student with prior approval; they are responsible for finding the replacement.
  • 1.5 Late Payment: Unpaid installments may result in suspension of program access.
2. Attendance and Participation
2.1 Punctuality: Participants are expected to arrive on time; late arrivals may not be allowed to join if disruptive.
2.2 Absences: Makeup classes are not guaranteed.
2.3 Code of Conduct: Respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and other participants is required. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from class without refund.

3. Attire and Studio Use
3.1 Dress Code: Proper dance attire and securely fitted high heels with non-marking soles are required.
3.2 Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
3.3 Equipment: Studio equipment must be used appropriately and returned after use.

4. Health and Safety
4.1 Preparation: Participants should be physically and mentally prepared for dance classes.
4.2 Medical Clearance: Ensure you are fit for high heels dance; consult a healthcare provider if necessary.
4.3 Injuries: Immediately inform the instructor of any injuries. FemmLab and its staff are not responsible for injuries or accidents.

5. Media and Publicity
5.1 Consent: By enrolling, participants grant FemmLab permission to photograph, film, and record their image, voice, and performance during classes.
5.2 Usage: Content may be used for social media, promotional material, and marketing purposes. Participants waive rights to inspect or approve the content.
5.3 Personal Use: Participants may not use studio-recorded content for commercial purposes.

6. Liability Waiver6.1
Acknowledgement of Risk: Dance, especially in heels, carries inherent risk. Participation is at your own risk.
6.2 Release of Liability: Participants release FemmLab, its instructors, studio, and staff from any claims, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Cancellation
7.1 Participant Cancellation: No refunds. Spots may be transferred with prior approval.
7.2 Studio Cancellation: FemmLab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. Paid participants will receive a full refund or credit for future classes.
7.3 Death or Disability: If the participant cannot attend due to death or disability, payments made for unused portions will be refunded.

8. Governing LawThis Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

9. AmendmentsFemmLab reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

By checking the box during registration, the participant confirms:
  • They have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and policies above.
  • They consent to media usage and acknowledge that all sales are final.
  • They accept responsibility for their health, safety, and conduct during the program.
